An item you select may go out of stock before we are able to post a notification on the Site. If this happens, we will contact you directly to discuss possible options. While we make every attempt to ensure you are always selecting from inventory available for sales it is not always possible to reflect the change immediately.
Data, including prices, may be inaccurately displayed on our site. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur, and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices.

Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges will be issued within 30 days from the date of the purchase on items returned UNUSED AND UNWORN, IN NEW CONDITION, WITH THE ORIGINAL SALES SLIP, AND WHERE APPLICABLE, IN THE ORIGINAL GIFT BOX WITH ALL WARRANTY CARDS AND INSTRUCTION BOOKS INTACT. If jewelry has been altered (i.e. sized), customer is responsible for restocking fee.
Any refunds on cash or check purchases will be given in the form of a check. Any refunds on credit card purchases will be given in the form of a credit to the credit card originally used.
NO OTHER POLICIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WILL BE HONORED.
SPECIAL ORDERS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE.
Shipping Policies
All Domestic diamond and jewelry orders are shipped to you fully insured. YOU MUST BE ON HAND TO RECEIVE YOUR SHIPMENT. NO PACKAGES WILL BE DELIVERED WITHOUT A SIGNATURE. Upon receiving your package, please inspect your package for any sign of damage or tampering. If any exist, you may decline to sign the delivery receipt and the package will be returned.
Appraisals
Appraisals can be issued at the customer's request for any item purchased at Schwanke-Kasten Jewelers. Then service is free of charge when requested within 30 days of purchase; must include original sales receipt. Receipt copy is proof of purchase and may be used for insurance needs depending on the insurance company (consult your agent).
