Shipping & Receiving Policy
We ship to virtually any address within the United States. Note that there are restrictions with regards to rural addresses and shipment ability. We will not ship internationally.
We provide shipment by United Parcel Service (UPS). Your package is completely insured by Schwanke-Kasten. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN FOR YOUR PACKAGE DUE TO THE CONTENTS AND INSURANCE REGULATIONS.
Typically we will only ship to the same address as is shown on your charge card. If you plan to ship your order to an address other than your billing address on file with your credit card company, please call your issuing bank and provide them with the alternate shipping address. We will confirm this address with your issuing bank. This is to protect you from fraudulent charges being placed with your credit information.
Your merchandise should be shipped within 48 hours of time of purchase. Our shipping department will track your package to ensure it arrives when indicated.

Return Policy
Articles are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt and a Return Authorization Number. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit.
We do not accept returns if another jeweler has altered the item or if it shows obvious signs of wear.
Items with personal engraving cannot be returned.
The customer must contact Schwanke-Kasten Jewelers prior to shipping the return to obtain a Return Authorization Number and receive shipping instructions. A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. Returns may be sent to Schwanke-Kasten at 417 E. Silver Spring Drive, Milwaukee, WI, 53217.
